Legal and ethical issues in photography

When doing photography  you need to take in mind legal and ethical issues . All photographers  need insurance . They need insurance for things such as there equipment in case of and accident. Photographers need professional indemnity incase you as a photographer don't succeed at the job as your clint wished  they can sue you because you have professional indemnity. When  doing photo shoots  in public places the photographer needs public liability incase of and accident  anywhere you as the photographer will not have to pay the person in the accident there insurance company has to . Photographers need to have privacy and respect towards there client  as if the photographers was taking photos a wedding they need to have privacy and respect at times like if they was taking images when the bride was getting ready and that . As  a photographer you have to have permission  off the model and people have to have permission  to use your photos  bellow is a example of a model release from a model has to fill in when a photographer has to took photos of some one so it shows the photographer had permission  to take them .

I edited this image using the magic wand to get rid of the white bits then layered it  on to the image of the ankle

The image beloow is the final image i came out with  after editing

I got inspired by the Annie Leibovitz work down below so I made me think what would I love to have what was real but can not atm so I thought a tattoo. So I thought I am going to create a image what looks real of me with a tattoo by layering  two images on photo shop and editing.

Annie Leibovitz Disney Portraits Series

Saw this work of Annie Leibovitz and thought wow ! i love how the images seem to look so realistic and dreamy with the work of photo shop  creating some thing whats believable but not true what every one wish could be realistic that we lived in a fairy tail .

I then inserted my image in photoshop.

My image i produced

I set the camera up on  timer  because then i could be the model to produce my idea
From my research it inspired me to create a image using light graffiti and a mirror putting a long exposure the camera then add effects and adjust the lighting and contrast on photoshop .
